Causes of cerebral palsy problem in children

Cerebral palsy is condition which occurs due to several reason. In 70 to 80 percent of case cerebral palsy children affected cp problem before birth. This problem in children prevent the normal development of child brain. So, the actual causes of cerebral palsy is difficult to identify.  There six main causes of cerebral palsy which identify mostly by doctors.  

In first case it affects by infection during pregnancy time. There are some  many infection which acquire from mother to children. Viral infection and german measles some time brings cerebral palsy problem. It involves by the placental membranes.   In second case lack of oxygen reaching to infant is also causes cp problem in children during pregnancy. This has been the most common cause of cerebral palsy, although it represents only to less than 10% of reported cases. This happens when the placenta malfunctions, so that is leading to an interruption of the supply of oxygen to the fetus.  Preterm infants are also more prone to cerebral palsy. It is 30 times more likely to develop cerebral palsy in comparison to normal babies. If the bleeding in the brain in premature babies developed, destruction of the nerves which carry the oxygen can occur and can develop finally cerebral palsy.

Cerebral palsy can also be caused by an excessive loss of blood and lack of oxygen during birth. However, for less than 10% of the total number of cases of cerebral palsy this responsible.If the mother of the blood with the fetus is incompatible, causing also the cerebral palsy. A disease is called RH disease can cause severe jaundice and brain damage. This can be prevented, by injecting the mother with a blood product called immune globulin RH. coagulation in the mother or the fetus may increase the risk of acquiring of cerebral palsy also high10. Cerebral palsy can occur also after birth, when the child gets brain damage in the first two years of life. Such injuries include brain infections, such as meningitis. Almost 10% of children with cerebral palsy, to acquire the disease after birth.
